The following legal protection is in place to guard against intellectual property theft on behalf of any and all creative work/s that are displayed on, and are a part of White Cat Books and websites in affiliation:

1/In relation to creative work/s displayed by Writers, Artists, Photographers who display their work on this site or affiliate sites, no individual, organization, association or corporation is permitted to make a profit without a written agreement in place that White Cat Books has been made aware of.

 

2/With regard to statements made publicly, and that may be perceived as derogatory or defaming to the named artist, writer, photographer’s reputation, White Cat Books or authorized agent (in writing) reserves the right to take legal action.

 

3/All creative work/s displayed on this site and/or affiliate sites are the property of the artist ONLY. No organization, company, association, or individual is permitted to make a profit of any kind without written permission that White Cat Book’s has been made aware of.
